Terms of Service

The Mustard Seed Gallery is a handmade jewelry shop by Boomdyada, based in downtown Canton, Ohio, with two storefronts on 4th Street. You can reach us at holly@boomdyada.com or 330-704-2260.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send your confirmation email. If we can’t fulfil something — a piece sells out between your order and our packing bench, say — we’ll contact you and refund you in full.

Everything is handmade, so there will be small variations between one piece and the next. That’s the nature of the thing rather than a fault.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and shown before tax. Sales tax is worked out from your delivery address and added at checkout, where you’ll see it as a separate line before you confirm — for most orders that is Ohio’s rate, and for deliveries to states where we aren’t registered to collect it, nothing is added. Shipping is shown separately too. We take payment by card through Stripe.

We do our best to keep prices and product details accurate. If something is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we’re not obliged to honour it — we’ll contact you and offer you the choice of paying the right price or a full refund.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Returns & Refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.

You’re responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has got into it. We may suspend an account that’s being used to abuse the shop or other customers.

If you leave a review, you’re confirming it’s your genuine opinion of something you actually bought, and you give us permission to publish it on the product page. We read every review before it appears and we may decline to publish ones that are abusive, off-topic, or not about the product. We don’t edit reviews to change what they say, and we don’t remove them for being critical.

Reviews imported from our Etsy shop are labelled as such where they appear.

The photographs, text and designs on this site belong to us. Please don’t reuse them commercially without asking — though we’re usually happy to say yes, so do ask.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law. Beyond those rights, our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
