Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only. If you’re outside the U.S. and would like something sent to you, please get in touch and we’ll see what we can arrange.

• Free on U.S. orders of $50.00 or more.
• $5.95 flat rate on U.S. orders under $50.00.
• Digital gift cards are delivered by email and are never charged shipping. An order containing only gift cards has no shipping cost at all.

The shipping cost that applies to your order is shown in your cart and again at checkout before you pay.

Orders are dispatched the same or next business day from Canton, Ohio. Each piece is handmade to order and gift-boxed by hand before it goes out, so occasionally a piece takes an extra day — if that happens, we’ll let you know.

Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are dispatched on the next business day.

Your order confirmation arrives by email as soon as your payment is complete. We’ll follow up with tracking details once your parcel is on its way.

Digital gift cards are emailed to the recipient once your order is complete, with a code they redeem at checkout. Nothing physical ships, and gift cards never expire.

If your parcel is delayed, arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us and we’ll make it right. We’re a small team in Canton and we read every message.
