Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it for a refund or an exchange, as long as the piece is in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.

• Jewelry in new, unused condition, in its original gift box.
• Faulty or damaged items — always, and we’ll cover the cost of getting it back to us.

• Pieces that have been worn or altered, or that arrive back without their original packaging.

Email us at holly@boomdyada.com with your order number — it’s on your confirmation email and starts with MSG- — and tell us what you’d like to do. We’ll reply with return instructions and the address to send it to.

Please don’t send anything back before getting in touch, so we can make sure it reaches the right place and gets matched to your order.

Once your return reaches us and we’ve checked it over, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

If a gift card was used to pay for part of your order, that portion is refunded back onto the gift card balance rather than to your card.
