Each tiny 925 sterling silver mustard seed necklace is hand-made in the 1950's vintage style, using an 8mm (approx. 1/4-inch diameter) hand-blown glass globe with a real mustard seed that moves freely inside the globe, and is closed with a 925 sterling silver cap. The charm is strung onto a 1mm sterling silver cable chain with a lobster claw clasp, adjustable to 16, 18, or 20-inches for a perfect fit.
Meaning behind the Mustard Seed. "If you have faith as small as a mustard seed...nothing will be impossible." My mustard seed necklaces were inspired by a charm my mother gave me as a child. It is still one of my dearest treasures. It was one of the ways that she passed the heritage of faith on to me. We make each one in sterling so that it will last, and with the prayer that it will bring faith, hope, and love to the one who wears it.
