Shipping policy

Shipping and delivery options

Standard: 5-8 business days. $3.99 & up, calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping with minimum $50 purchase.

Priority: 2-3 days $10

Overnight: $25

Processing Time : Orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

Cancellations: Once an order has been placed, processing begins. Many orders are shipped same-day, therefore cancellations are not accepted.

Returns: Returns will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase. Items must be returned unused and in original condition.

Delays: Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item's status.

Damaged Orders: The Mustard Seed Gallery by Boomdyada is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, please reach out to us so that we can assist you in filing a claim. 

Restrictions: Orders cannot be shippied to PO Boxes.
