Each jewelry piece by Boomdyada is handmade by our small team of artists in Canton, Ohio. Each one is boxed by hand, checked, checked again, and carefully packed. We are proud of our products, and intend them as beautiful, heirloom gifts. If we would not be delighted to receive them, we don't send them.

Regular orders are shipped either same-day, or the next business day from our Canton, Ohio location. Select Priority and Overnight options for quicker delivery times. We are committed to our products. If any item you purchased from us does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days. Your refund or exchange will be processed upon receiving the item/items in new and unused condition. Please note that items in unsellable condition will not be eligible for a refund. We meticulously inspect every order before shipping it out, so defective items are uncommon. In the rare event that an item is damaged during shipping, please reach out to us promptly.
